CURRICULUM VITAE
Since 2004 holder of the Chair of Talmud, Codices and Rabbinic Literature at the Heidelberg University of Jewish Studies.
2004 Habilitation: Abductive thinking and Talmudic argumentation.
1996 - 2004 Research assistant at the Hochschule für Jüdische Studien Heidelberg.
1996 Doctorate on the topic: Mishna and Sifra. A literary-critical comparison of parallel traditions.
1994 - 1996 Research assistant at the Seminar for Jewish Studies at the University of Frankfurt.
Studied Jewish Studies and Philosophy at the University of Tel Aviv and the FU Berlin.
born in Tel Aviv in 1960.
