Dates and Deadlines

Monday, January 15 to Thursday, February 15, 2024.

From the summer semester 2024, the HfJS will no longer issue data sheets for re-registration in paper form. By paying the semester fee to Heidelberg University, you are re-registered for the full course of study, at Heidelberg University and at the HfJS.

Certificates of enrollment are currently still being generated automatically and sent to students by e-mail.

The following deadlines apply to all students at the university with the exception of scholarship holders covered by a special regulation:

Term papers written as part of proseminars and seminars should generally be submitted by the beginning of the lecture period following the semester.

In justified cases, an extension period may be agreed with the lecturer. Such justification must then be submitted in writing to the lecturer and approved by him/her. In the interest of the students, assignments should be corrected as soon as possible. The guideline is a correction period of three months.
