הנה - Heidelberg Conference on Hebrew Studies

Preliminary information

In spring 2026, the Hochschule für Jüdische Studien will organise a Hebraist conference.

The aim of the conference is to present and discuss Hebraistic qualification projects (doctorate, postdoc, habilitation). Interested parties are cordially invited to register via e-mail before the actual Call for Participation. The conference is primarily aimed at early career researchers in the field of Hebrew linguistics, but participation is open to all.

Childcare will be provided during the conference.

Presentations will last approximately 10-20 minutes and will be followed by a plenary discussion. Contributions from all stages of Hebrew are welcome
