The war within us - Workshop

The U.Lab Heidelberg is a network of people who are intensively involved in personal and social transformation. It focuses on the individual intentions of each person as well as the focus that is formed in the group as a whole. Conceptually, the approach is based on Theory U, a comprehensive approach to transformation developed by Professor Otto Scharmer and his team at MIT Boston. Methodologically, the team draws on a broad repertoire for the practical evenings, which includes dialogue, introspection, body-related exercises, creative media and group formats.

"In the U.Lab, we want to make a process for deep transformation tangible, test suitable tools in practice and create a supportive environment for initial implementation steps. Each evening will focus on a topic that is often topical and will be explored together."
